Acting Education
Lana’s lifelong passion for the arts—especially film and television—led her to study Theater and Communications at Marymount Manhattan College, building a strong foundation in performance, storytelling, and media. This education set the stage for a multifaceted career in entertainment. She has continued to hone her craft through advanced training at The Barrow Group, New York Film Academy, and The Actors Workshop.

With a strong foundation in acting, Lana has built an impressive portfolio in TV and Commercials. Her credits include notable roles in Law & Order, And Just Like That..., and FBI. Lana shines in portraying characters that reflect her own life experiences, such as mothers and business professionals, while also eagerly embracing roles that allow her to explore entirely new personas.

In addition to her acting career, Lana has thrived in TV production, earning recognition as a five-time Emmy nominee. As Senior Producer for NBC's TODAY, she played a key role in curating award-winning programming and overseeing teams of writers, producers and editors to deliver high-quality daily news content to millions of viewers. Her experience behind the scenes sharpened her instincts for pacing, tone, and audience connection—skills that now inform not only her work as an actor but also her freelance writing.
